2 – Perishable Nature of Our Products
Our Wagyu beef and related meat products are perishable and temperature-sensitive. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our control. This ensures that all customers receive fresh, safe, and high-quality products.
3 – No Right of Cancellation for Perishable Goods
Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase does not apply to perishable items such as fresh or frozen food. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that your order consists of perishable goods and that you waive any statutory cooling-off rights for these items.
4 – Refunds for Issues with Your Order
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at support@wagyureserve.co.uk within 24 hours if:
- The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or in unsafe condition
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a significant issue with the order that affects product quality or safety
We may request photographs or other supporting evidence. If a refund or replacement is approved, we will process it promptly using your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal taste preference
- Delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by you
- Failure to store or handle the products correctly after delivery
5 – Business-to-Business Orders
Orders placed by restaurants, caterers, or other businesses are not covered by consumer protection laws. B2B sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any remedy will be provided at our discretion.
6 – Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products in temperature-controlled packaging. Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to the customer. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and refrigerate or freeze your order upon arrival.
