At Wagyu Reserve, we take the same care in delivering your order as we do in sourcing our beef. Every cut is shipped from our London facility under strict temperature control, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition and ready to enjoy at home.

Delivery Options

Next-Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
All orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day for next-day arrival (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are shipped the next working day.

Free Shipping Over £100
We offer complimentary next-day delivery on all orders above £100. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of £4.95 applies.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Your order is packed with insulated materials and gel ice packs (or dry ice for frozen shipments) to maintain the correct temperature throughout transit. You can choose to receive your order refrigerated (chilled) or frozen, depending on your preference at checkout.

Refrigerated shipping arrives ready to store in your fridge or prepare immediately.
Frozen shipping arrives frozen solid, ideal for longer storage.

All packaging is food-safe and recyclable wherever possible.

Handling and Dispatch

All cuts are vacuum-sealed individually to preserve freshness and prevent leakage. Each parcel is tracked and insured from our London distribution centre. You will receive a tracking link and delivery window once your order leaves our facility.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. For special requests outside the mainland, please contact our team at support@wagyureserve.co.uk and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure quality, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel on the scheduled delivery day. If you cannot be home, we recommend selecting a safe place or neighbour delivery option through the courier’s tracking link.
